Setup

Can I set a discount code?

Yes. Go to Settings > Discount Code to choose the discount type, value, and expiry. The App creates a unique code in your Shopify store for each birthday email.

Can I change the contents of the birthday signup form?

Yes. Go to Settings > Sign-up Form to change the form's text and design.

How can I change the email subject and other details?

Go to Settings > Email to change the subject, sender details, and other email settings. You can change the design in the email template editor.

Where can customers share their birthday?

Customers can sign up through:

• A signup form block you add to your theme
• The thank-you page and order status page after checkout
• The standalone signup page
• Shopify POS, at your physical store

You can also import contacts from a CSV file.

Integrations

Does the App work with Klaviyo?

Yes. Connect your Klaviyo account on the integrations page, and the App sends a birthday event to Klaviyo whenever a birthday email goes out.

Plans and billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Beginner plan is free for up to 5 contacts. See Pricing for all plans.

Privacy and data

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Your store's data is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall, when Shopify sends its shop data deletion request. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
